Independent agencies run on an agency management system, raters and carrier portals. Most use the AMS for the basics and do everything else by hand. I set up the parts you already pay for and connect what's missing, so CSRs and producers get time back for clients.

You already have the tools. You just haven't had time to build them out. I do it for you.

Which page fits your business

This page is the overview for the whole category. If you already know your workflow, go straight to the detailed page:

AMS setup for personal lines agencies: If your day is quotes, policy changes and renewals in AMS360, Applied Epic, EZLynx or HawkSoft, start with the AMS automation page.

Commercial lines paperwork: If your team spends its time on loss runs, applications, schedules and certificates, the commercial lines page covers that document-heavy work.

What agencies underuse

In the Big "I" Agency Universe Study, most agencies reported using an AMS, but use dropped sharply beyond basic functions such as customer search. Automation features for renewals, workflows and client service often go unused.

That's the gap: the software is there, the configuration isn't.

What the work looks like day to day

The work of an agency is a long tail of small service requests: add a driver, issue a certificate, explain a premium change, send last year's dec page. Each takes a few minutes, but together they fill a CSR's day and leave little room for renewals review or new business.

Good intake forms, a shared request queue and templated replies tied to the AMS take a surprising share of that load off the team. Renewal reviews that start 90 days out instead of the week before also give producers time to have real conversations with clients about coverage.

Personal and commercial lines

Personal lines work is high volume and repetitive: quotes, policy changes and renewals. Commercial lines work is document heavy: loss runs, applications, schedules and certificates. The first project depends on which of these costs your team the most time.

Licensed staff stay in charge

Automation prepares, routes and reminds. Coverage advice, binding and anything that requires a producer license stay with your licensed people, and customer-facing messages about coverage are reviewed before they go out. Text and voice outreach follows TCPA consent rules, and client data stays in your AMS.

How we'd work together

We can meet in person in the Treasure Valley or over video, whichever suits you. Remote projects for Idaho businesses work just as well.

Time back, not revenue promises. The systems I build are designed to save your team real hours on the work we automate. I don't guarantee specific revenue or lead numbers.

No compliance guarantees. I don't provide legal, tax, regulatory, licensing or data-privacy advice or certification.

Results come from willingness to innovate. The businesses that win are the ones ready to adopt new tools and change how work gets done.
