I read every message myself, usually within one business day. You'll get a reply from me by email, not an autoresponder sequence. If your note makes it clear where the time goes, I'll suggest a 15-minute discovery call and send the booking link. If it's not clear yet, I'll ask one or two questions first so the call isn't wasted.

Nothing you send commits you to anything. There's no sales follow-up cadence, and if AI isn't the right fix for what you describe, I'll say that in the reply.

The most helpful messages describe one specific chore, not the whole business. "We retype every completed job into QuickBooks on Friday afternoons" tells me far more than "we want to use AI." A rough sense of who does it and how long it takes is plenty. You don't need numbers.

List the tools you pay for, even the ones nobody uses much: your scheduling or field-service platform, accounting software, phone system, email, and any AI subscriptions. Very often the fix is a feature already sitting in one of them.

Please leave out customer names, account numbers, health details or anything else sensitive. I don't need it at this stage, and email isn't the place for it. How information is handled is on the privacy page.
