Veterinary clinics run on reminders: vaccines, dental cleanings, wellness exams and medication refills. Practice management systems such as ezyVet, Cornerstone and AVImark can send them, but many clinics still rely on postcards and phone calls.

You already have the tools. You just haven't had time to build them out. I do it for you.

Where the time goes

What slows the office down

Reminders that don't convertReminder postcards and generic emails go out, but booking still requires a phone call during busy hours.
Phones during surgery hoursThe front desk answers refill requests, appointment questions and directions while also checking patients in.
New-client paperworkNew clients fill out forms at the counter, and staff retype pet and owner details into the system.

Bookable remindersVaccine and wellness reminders include an online booking link, so clients can schedule without calling.
Refill request formMedication refill requests come through a structured form and land in a queue for the veterinary team to approve.
Digital new-client intakeOwner and pet information is collected online before the first visit and imported into the practice system.
Confirmations and no-show follow-upAppointments are confirmed automatically, and missed visits trigger a rebooking message.
Post-visit follow-upClients get a check-in message after surgeries or sick visits, drafted from templates the clinic approves.

Not HIPAA, still private

Veterinary records aren't covered by HIPAA, but client information still deserves care, and state veterinary practice rules may also apply. I keep client and patient data inside your practice system and approved tools, and medical decisions, refill approvals and advice stay with your veterinarians.

Mixed-animal and rural practices add another layer: farm calls, herd vaccination schedules and owners who are hard to reach during calving or harvest. Reminders timed around those seasons, and a simple way for clients to request a farm visit, keep the small-animal side of the schedule from swallowing the day.

Giving the front desk room

Most of the gain in a veterinary clinic comes from reducing phone volume. Online booking, structured refill requests and automatic confirmations take routine calls off the front desk, so staff can focus on the clients standing in front of them.

Each change is introduced one at a time and measured.

Data handling

What stays where

Client and patient records stay in your practice management system. Refills, medical advice and treatment decisions remain with your veterinary team. Text messages follow consent and opt-out rules.

We can meet in person in the Treasure Valley or over video, whichever suits you. Remote projects for Idaho businesses work just as well. Nearby: Boise, Meridian, Nampa, statewide.

Time back, not revenue promises. The systems I build are designed to save your team real hours on the work we automate. I don't guarantee specific revenue or lead numbers.

No compliance guarantees. I don't provide legal, tax, regulatory, licensing or data-privacy advice or certification.

Results come from willingness to innovate. The businesses that win are the ones ready to adopt new tools and change how work gets done.

FAQ

Veterinary clinics questions

Can automation approve refills?

No. It collects and queues requests; a veterinarian or authorized staff member approves them.

We use PetDesk already. Is there more to do?

Usually. Reminder content, booking links and confirmation rules are often only partly set up.

Do you work with mixed-animal practices?

Yes. Reminder and scheduling workflows apply to large-animal and mixed practices too.
