Roofing automation: storm leads to signed roofs, without the scramble
Opens Google Calendar to pick a time. We meet on Google Meet or in person.
After a hailstorm or a windstorm the phones light up for a week, and then the leads go quiet just as fast. Roofing offices that win are the ones that capture every inquiry, book inspections quickly and keep the insurance paperwork moving. Most already own software that can do that; it just hasn't been set up.
You already have the tools. You just haven't had time to build them out. I do it for you.

Why the work is seasonal and lumpy
Roofing demand in the Treasure Valley follows weather more than the calendar. A quiet spring can turn into the busiest month of the year after one storm cell. Hiring office staff for the peaks doesn't work, so the systems have to stretch instead.
That's the case for setting up intake and scheduling automation in a slow month: it costs little to run when nothing is happening, and it carries the load when everything happens at once.
Keeping customers informed
Homeowners waiting on an insurance decision call the office constantly. A short status update sent automatically when the job record changes (inspection done, claim filed, approval received, materials ordered, install scheduled) answers most of those calls before they happen.
Data handling
What stays where
Texting and AI voice tools must respect consent rules under the TCPA: homeowners need to have opted in, and every message needs a way to opt out. I set automations up that way. Photos, claims and customer records stay in your own accounts.
We can meet in person in the Treasure Valley or over video, whichever suits you. Remote projects for Idaho businesses work just as well. Nearby: Boise, Meridian, Nampa, statewide.
Time back, not revenue promises. The systems I build are designed to save your team real hours on the work we automate. I don't guarantee specific revenue or lead numbers.
No compliance guarantees. I don't provide legal, tax, regulatory, licensing or data-privacy advice or certification.
Results come from willingness to innovate. The businesses that win are the ones ready to adopt new tools and change how work gets done.

Roofing questions
Do you sell an AI receptionist?
No. If answering calls is part of the problem, I set up the phone and CRM tools you already have to capture and route them. A person still decides how calls are handled.
Can this work with JobNimbus or AccuLynx?
Yes. Both have automations and integrations most offices haven't switched on. The first step is usually configuring those properly.
Will you contact insurance adjusters for us?
No. I set up the reminders and document packets; your team stays the point of contact with carriers and adjusters.
