Early SaaS companies buy HubSpot or Salesforce, then let the data decay. Duplicate contacts, missing fields and inconsistent stages make forecasting guesswork. Revenue operations work is the unglamorous setup that fixes it.

You already have the tools. You just haven't had time to build them out. I do it for you.

Where the time goes

What slows the office down

Messy CRM dataDuplicates, missing company records and stale deals make reports unreliable, so the team stops looking at them.
Trials that go quietFree-trial users sign up, poke around and disappear without anyone noticing which ones were promising.
Renewals as surprisesRenewal dates live in a spreadsheet, and at-risk accounts surface only when they cancel.

CRM hygiene rulesDuplicate merging, required fields and enrichment rules keep records clean as they come in.
Lead and trial routingNew sign-ups are scored on product activity and routed to sales or nurture automatically.
Trial onboarding sequenceTrial users get emails triggered by what they have and haven't done in the product.
Renewal and risk alertsUpcoming renewals and accounts with falling usage are flagged to the account owner weeks ahead.
Pipeline reportingA small set of dashboards the leadership team agrees on, built from clean data.

Start with definitions

Before any automation, the team agrees on what a lead, an opportunity and a churned customer actually mean. Most CRM messes come from those definitions never being written down. That conversation is part of the first project.

Product data meets the CRM

The most useful signals in SaaS live in the product: logins, feature use and seats added. Connecting a few of those signals to the CRM gives sales and customer success a far better picture than form fills alone, without building a data warehouse.

Revenue operations work compounds. Clean lifecycle stages make forecasts believable; believable forecasts make hiring decisions easier; consistent handoffs from sales to onboarding make renewals smoother. Starting with one reliable routing rule and one renewal alert is enough to begin that cycle without a large project.

Data handling

What stays where

Customer and usage data stay in your systems. Integrations follow your company's privacy policy and security commitments, and I document every data flow I create.

We can meet in person in the Treasure Valley or over video, whichever suits you. Remote projects for Idaho businesses work just as well. Nearby: Boise, Meridian, Nampa, statewide.

Time back, not revenue promises. The systems I build are designed to save your team real hours on the work we automate. I don't guarantee specific revenue or lead numbers.

No compliance guarantees. I don't provide legal, tax, regulatory, licensing or data-privacy advice or certification.

Results come from willingness to innovate. The businesses that win are the ones ready to adopt new tools and change how work gets done.
